Seir Kieran GAA Healthy Club are delighted to be participating in the Re-Turn community Development Programme. It’s a really easy way to support Seir Kieran GAA Club. Simply bring your stamped Re-turn bottles and cans to the club and put them in the orange wheelie bin at the gym gate. We will look after the recycling and will then be able to donate the proceeds from your items back into club funds.
Any support you give the scheme is invested straight back into the club to the benefit of all its members across the community, so gather up those bottles and cans and pop them into our bins!

Seir Kieran GAA are delighted to announce that we have received €18,043 in Sports Capital Grant funding towards the purchase of an electronic scoreboard & the refurb of an accessible toilet/ shower. Thanks a million to everyone who helped out with the application.

Our U8 and U10 hurlers along with our nursery finished up training for 2024 tonight with a party. Well done to all of the children who made excellent progress this year. Thanks a million to our coaches who do such great work. Your efforts are greatly appreciated by the club.

A phased drainage program of our playing pitch was completed recently with the the sanding and spiking of our pitch. This was all undertaken with the support of Sports Capital Grant funding. Thanks a million to everyone who has helped us out over the course of this project.

Massive well done to these lads who defeated Ferbane/Belmont in the U13 B semifinal. The last time these sides met the game went to extra time and today’s match was another titanic tussle. A goal by K Colllins eventually swung the tide for DSK and the lads held on for the win.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for our Go Games section. Last Sat we hosted Gracefield GAA with games for our U8s and U10s. This morning our U10s played CRC with the help of some of our U8 squad. Thanks to Gracefield and Carrig for the games

The late great Brendan Ward became a talisman for our Club, in that it was he who presented the Sean Robbins Cup to Clareen captains on four occasions. Our sincere condolences to Brendan’s bereaved family and to all his friends in Durrow GAA and beyond. May he rest in peace.
